ABOUT
Hi, I'm Michael, a psychotherapist and LMFT. In my practice, I try my best to create a warm and welcoming environment for you to explore your challenges. As a relational psychotherapist, I integrate Psychodynamic therapy, Attachment Theory and Motivational Interviewing. In my work with couples, my approach leans to relational psychodynamic psychotherapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe a warm, compassionate approach can guide people toward healing, deepen self-understanding, and serve as a catalyst for emotional growth and a more meaningful-engaging life.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to feeling whole and connecting with your authentic Self.
--Tomas Transtromer, "The Clearing" (1987, p. 139)

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Take Action

01
New Clients
Address the suffering that causes you pain and heal the wounds that lay hidden under the surface.
02
Reaching Out
Deciding to begin therapy is a significant step, and it's normal for many people to spend a year or more contemplating starting or not before taking action. Once you’re ready, my aim is to make your journey as seamless as possible. My goal is to build a trusted relationship with you in a confidential environment where you can openly discuss your most sensitive concerns, free from shame, guilt, or judgment. I am committed to providing a safe space where you can explore the most challenging aspects of your life, those that may be too difficult to share with even your closest friends and family.
